Treason: The crime of betraying one’s country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government
ex. 1.Trying to overthrow the government
2.Burning the American flag on American soil

What is trial by jury?
trial of a lawsuit or criminal prosecution in which the case is presented to a jury and the factual questions and the final judgment are determined by a jury. This is distinguished from a "court trial" in which the judge decides factual as well as legal questions, and makes the final judgment. While a jury trial is a constitutional right in most cases it does not apply to bankruptcy, maritime cases, small claims actions, or criminal matters not involving jail time
What is the scope of Judicial power? / how many and what kinds of courts?
The supreme court is the highest judicial court in country or state and altogether there are 3 branches which consist of chief justice, 8 associate justices and supreme court. Their scope of power is they are the final ruling towards something so they have the last and most important say.the scope of power they have is the highest ruling possession because they are the most important do too the fact they are the final ruling in the government.
What are the terms of office?
The Constitution states that Justices "shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour." This means that the Justices hold office as long as they choose and can only be removed from office by impeachment. The Congress decides how many Justices are on the Court. The first judiciary act set the number of justices at six. There were five associates and one Chief Justice. Congress has changed that number several times with the lowest being five and the highest being ten. Currently there are nine justices. Eight associate justices and one Chief Justice who is John G. Roberts. The justices are appointed by the president and approved by a vote of the Senate.
